A Bronze Medal Winner at the 2007 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

This is a tantalizing fusion of corn, tomatoes, zatar and harissa. Zatar is a mixture of thyme and sesame seeds.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Take some pita bread and open it to make a pocket. Drop a spoonful of corn salsa, a spoonful of tahini and some Israeli salad. (Diced tomato lettuce red onion and cucumber and dressing)

Heat our corn salsa in a pan and pour over spaghetti or tagliatelle with some reggiano parmesan.
