A Silver Medal Winner at the 2009 Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show.

This is a warm and smokey salsa with whole chickpeas and pitted olives in a tasty tomato sauce. And there is a slight kick from the Harissa, leaving a lovely tingle in your mouth.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

You can heat our salsas so try it as a pasta sauce. Remove the salsa from the container and put into a microwavable container or pan and heat until simmering.

When cooking chicken fillets heat enough to make a sauce and pour over the fillets.

Use as a dip with tahini and pitta bread.

Cooked chickpeas (38%), peeled tomatoes (38%) (peeled tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), tomato paste (tomatoes, salt), pitted black olives (5%), (may contain pits or fragments), onion, olive oil, harissa, garlic.
