Tahini is sesame seeds ground into a paste with or without their husks. Yulla's Tahini dip adds a nutty flavour to a wide variety of sauces, dips, and dressings.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Using a spoon to spread Yulla’s Tahini thickly on a side plate, and then drizzle Extra Virgin Olive oil. Over the Tahini sprinkle fresh parsley, a little paprika and toasted pine nuts. Serve with good bread.

When making sandwiches or toast, use tahini as an alternative to butter or mayonnaise.

Grill or blanch asparagus, lay them on a plate and put a scoop of tahini on top.
