A Silver Medal Winner in 2007 and Bronze in 2008 at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

As far as hummus goes this is high quality. With unhulled tahini it has a depth of flavour that is rich and tantalizing.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Spread hummus on a plate with a spoon, a dollop of Green Tahini in the centre and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and serve with bread for dipping.

Serve with baked or steamed vegetables.

BBQ lamb served with hummus, tahini and Israeli salad (Diced tomato, lettuce, red onion, parsley and cucumber and dressing). Baked dishes.
