A Bronze Medal Winner at the 2009 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

This is a glorious mixture of fresh chillies, parsley, coriander, garlic and lovingly combined spices. Be warned it is hot and the parsley and coriander give it a freshness which is delicious!

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Try rubbing some Harissa thickly on to a leg of lamb before roasting.

Can be used to flavour everything from couscous to salads.

Use sparingly on grilled meats or in sauces, broths or stir fry vegetables.
