A Silver Medal Winner at 2009 Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show.

This is a very more-ish blend of pitted green olives, artichokes, cream cheese, caramelized onion and a touch of zatar

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Use as a dip with some good quality crackers or fresh carrot and celery sticks.

Cream cheese (milk, cream, salt, vegetable gum (410), starter culture), water, onion, artichokes (6%), pitted green olives (5%)(may contain pits or fragments), vinegar, salt, olive oil, zartar (contains sesame seeds), pepper, food acids (ascorbic, citric, lactic).
